Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing returned orders and return labels

  • Verify customer return information and order details

  • Track the logistics status of returned packages

  • Enter and update return processing progress in the system

  • Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, and other departments regarding return-related issues

  • Organize return records and related documents

Job Requirements:

  • Familiar with basic computer and office software operations

  • Careful, meticulous, and responsible

  • Possesses excellent communication and execution skills

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, order processing, or returns is preferred

  • Prior Shopify experience is preferred
