About Us:
All products are company-owned brands. We operate our own warehouse and do not provide third-party fulfillment or dropshipping services. Due to our warehouse expansion, we are seeking experienced warehouse and logistics professionals to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, unloading/loading inspections, receiving, and packaging quality checks.

  2. Monitor inventory and replenishment data, organize storage locations, arrange palletization, and guide packaging operations.

  3. Verify product quantities, perform order picking, supervise packing activities, manage shipping labels, and ensure shipment accuracy.

  4. Develop and manage logistics channels, track shipments, and handle claims for damaged or lost goods.

  5. Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory receiving and shipping scans, order processing, shipping, cycle counts, and return handling.

  6. Maintain and update logistics systems, warehouse records, and operational data.

Qualifications:

  1. Authorized to work in the United States (Employment Authorization Card, Green Card, or U.S. Citizen). W-2 employment required. Candidates must pass a background check.

  2. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

  3. Fluent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing). Spanish language skills are a plus.

  4. Minimum 3 years of warehouse and logistics experience in the United States. Experience with cross-border e-commerce or overseas warehouse operations is preferred. Forklift experience or certification is preferred. OSHA certification or training is a plus.

  5. Familiar with ERP, WMS systems, and North American logistics operations and transportation channels.

  6. Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. college or university preferred. Master’s degree is a plus.

  7. Honest, dependable, and motivated individuals who are willing to grow through hard work and performance. Candidates who prefer theory over execution may not be a good fit.

  8. Career advancement opportunities are available from Assistant → Supervisor → Manager based on performance and results. Actions speak louder than words.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation: $4,500-$6,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
