目前，我们正在诚聘一位可靠且注重细节的收银员/办公室助理加入我们的团队。

【工作职责】

  • 处理客户付款事宜（现金、刷卡、支票）

  • 编制并核对装箱单及发票

  • 负责基础的数据录入及文件归档工作

  • 接听电话，并协助接待上门客户

  • 与仓库团队协调，协助处理订单提货事宜

  • 协助财务及管理层处理日常办公室行政事务

【任职要求】

  • 具备收银或办公室行政工作经验者优先

  • 具备基础的电脑操作技能（Excel、电子邮件）

  • 工作细致，注重细节

  • 具备专业且友善的客户服务态度

  • 具备双语能力（英语/中文）者优先

Hiring: Cashier / Sales Assistant
Location: Ontario, CA

Elite Stone Group (Ontario Location) - Full-Time | Start Immediately

We are a fast-growing stone and cabinet distribution company, with multiple distribution centers across Southern California. We specialize in high-quality prefabricated Quartz countertops, Quartz slabs, luxury Porcelain slabs with over 100+ designs and finishes, trusted by contractors, designers, and stores. We now also offer a wide range of cabinet options to complete any kitchen or bathroom project.

We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier / Office Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer payments (cash, card, check)

  • Prepare and review packing lists and invoices

  • Handle basic data entry and filing

  • Answer phone calls and assist walk-in customers

  • Coordinate with warehouse team for order pickups

  • Support accounting and management with daily office tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous cashier or office experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Professional and friendly customer service attitude

  • Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
