【清关专员 | Customs Operations Specialist】
What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and submit U.S. customs entries in compliance with CBP requirements

  • Handle common entry types (T01, T11, and formal consumption entries)

  • Verify invoices, packing lists, and BL/AWB; resolve discrepancies promptly

  • Follow up on holds/exams/doc requests; support post-entry corrections

  • Maintain organized filing and ensure data accuracy in systems

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset; able to follow SOPs

  • Comfortable learning trade/customs concepts; experience is a plus, not required

  • Clear communication with internal teams and external partners

  • Basic proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Google Sheet)

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual work environment (English with Chinese or Spanish preferred)

【调度员 | Logistics Dispatcher】
What you’ll do:

  • Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily pickups and deliveries

  • Arrange driver schedules and route planning

  • Coordinate airport pickups (air freight) and port container pickups

  • Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery

  • Handle unexpected issues and provide quick solutions

  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse, and customers

  • Update shipment and dispatch records

What we’re looking for:

  • Dispatch or logistics experience preferred

  • Familiar with air freight / ocean container pickup procedures preferred

  • Fast response and strong problem-solving skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Bilingual required: English + Chinese OR English + Spanish

【空运 / 海运 OP | Operations】
What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate air/ocean shipments end-to-end (booking, tracking, arrival, delivery handoff)

  • Communicate with customers to confirm requirements, documents, and timelines

  • Work with carriers/overseas agents on schedules and space; follow up on exceptions

  • Coordinate with customs, warehouse, and trucking teams for post-arrival execution

  • Support basic documentation review and AR/AP follow-up as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Entry-level welcome; interest in international logistics/freight forwarding

  • Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple shipments and priorities

  • Strong communication and coordination skills; comfortable with fast-paced work

  • Basic proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Google Sheet)

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual work environment (English with Chinese or Spanish preferred)

【OP 运营经理 | Operations Manager】
What you’ll do:

  • Lead day-to-day logistics operations across air/ocean, customs coordination, and warehouse

  • Manage team workload, hiring/training, coaching, and performance

  • Standardize and improve SOPs; drive service quality and compliance

  • Own escalations for complex issues and deliver clear updates to customers and leadership

  • Track KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Logistics/freight forwarding/supply chain experience with proven leadership

  • Strong operational judgment and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Broader knowledge across air/ocean, customs, and warehouse operations preferred

  • Basic proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, Google Sheet)

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual work environment (English with Chinese or Spanish preferred)

【仓库运营分析专员 | Warehouse Operations Analyst】
What you’ll do:

  • Optimize warehouse workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, shipping)

  • Analyze workforce scheduling and operational productivity

  • Design a Productivity Tracking System

  • Participate in warehouse layout optimization

  • Drive SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) standardization

  • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred

  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)

  • Experience with WMS systems

  • SQL and Power BI experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work accurately with operational data

  • Good communication skills and ability to work with warehouse operations teams

【仓库叉车工 | Forklift Operator】
What you’ll do:

  • Operate forklifts to load/unload, move, and stack freight safely

  • Support receiving, staging, shipping, and container/truck handling

  • Inspect cargo condition and report damages/discrepancies

  • Perform pre-shift equipment checks and keep work areas clean and organized

  • Assist with inventory moves and cycle counts as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus (training may be available)

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a warehouse environment

【Benefits & Notes】

  • Entry-level: $22+/hr (DOE)

  • Managers: up to $90,000+/year (DOE)

  • Health & dental insurance, 401(k), PTO

  • Bonus eligibility varies by role

  • For qualified candidates and based on business needs, we may provide OPT / H-1B support in a compliant manner

  • $100 cash after probation
