我们正在招聘一名调度员 (Dispatcher)，主要负责机场货物 (Air Freight) 提货调度，有经验优先！

Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily pickups and deliveries

  2. Coordinate airport cargo pickups (e.g., LAX terminals)

  3. Track driver routes and monitor delivery progress in real time

  4. Ensure on-time completion of all air freight pickups

  5. Respond quickly to delays or operational changes

  6. Communicate with drivers, warehouse, and customers

  7. Maintain dispatch logs and update tracking systems

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of dispatch or logistics experience preferred

  2. Experience with air freight pickup is a strong plus

  3. Familiar with airport cargo procedures (AWB, terminals, etc.)

  4. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

  5. Bilingual required: English + Chinese or English + Spanish

  6. Knowledge of Los Angeles routes preferred
