We are seeking an experienced, responsible, and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team, enhance guest experience, and drive business performance.

Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff

Foster a positive team culture and improve staff performance and retention
- 顾客体验与问题处理 Guest Experience & Issue Resolution

关注顾客反馈，及时处理投诉与特殊情况

Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

- 财务与成本控制 Financial & Cost Control

审阅每日营业数据，确保现金管理准确

任职要求 Qualifications
-
3年以上餐饮管理经验 / Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience

优秀的沟通能力、团队管理能力与抗压能力 / Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
-
熟悉餐饮运营流程、食品安全与成本控制 / Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and cost management
-
能适应快节奏工作环境 / Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
-
具备良好的中英文沟通能力，能够在多语言环境中进行员工培训、顾客沟通与日常运营协调
/ Strong proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate with guests, train staff, and manage daily operations in a bilingual environment
