Bodyline US:
A Los Angeles wholesale apparel company, is hiring a full-time Order Follow-up Assistant to work on-site at our Downtown LA office.
What you’ll do:
Track buysheets and purchase orders across multiple accounts, keep everything organized, coordinate with our warehouse and factory contacts, and help improve day-to-day workflows.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Excellent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and fluent Mandarin
- Highly organized, fast thinker, self-driven learner
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; apparel or order follow-up experience a plus, but not required — we will train the right person
What we offer:
$55,000-$68,000/year, 60-day probationary period with a formal review and salary adjustment upon successful completion, room to grow into a core member of the team.
