Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to support the development of next-generation server solutions

  • Serve as an initial R&D point of contact for local clients, assisting with design requests and delivering daily feedback or technical solutions

  • Assist in troubleshooting and handling production quality issues directly within customer plants

  • Execute design-based requests, including testing, analysis, and debugging of mechanical prototypes

  • Coordinate with the manufacturing factory to support DFM reviews, engineering drawings, and BOM management

  • Maintain clear communication and collaborate with engineering team members in Taiwan

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline

  • Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles and Machine Design

  • Direct experience with CAD software (strong preference for CREO)

  • Practical experience or strong academic coursework working with sheet metal

  • Proficiency in R&D processes, including concept exploration and hands-on prototyping

  • Basic understanding of Project Management workflows and ability to meet deadlines

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to accurately understand customer needs and proactively communicate project hardships

  • General knowledge of current industry standards and technical trends is a big plus
