【Requirements】

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally

Strong communication and organizational skills

Flexible to work across multiple locations

High School Diploma or above

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
【Compensation & Benefits】

$20/hr during 3-month probation

$25 - $40/hr after probation
