岗位名称：Staff Accountant
【Job Summary】
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, including financial recordkeeping, reporting, and coordination with our Vietnam subsidiary.
【Key Responsibilities】

Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, journal entries, and account maintenance
-
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
-
Prepare and support bank and account reconciliations
-
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
-
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
-
Support preparation of financial reports and analysis
-
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, including occasional support for Vietnam operations
-
Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks
【Qualifications】
-
Fluent in English (required)
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
-
ERP system experience is a plus
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
-
Ability to adapt to a cross-cultural business environment
