We are a wholesale baby product/pet food company that mainly focuses on selling products internationally (selling American brand products back to China). We are currently hiring for an office clerk that speaks perfect English and can listen to Chinese (doesn’t need to read/write). The owner (the person you are communicating with directly) speaks English/Chinese. Your main role is to help assist the owner with some of the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:

Translation of email (basic idea of the email in English)

Communicating with suppliers/distributors in English

Coordination with manufacturers/vendors in English

Writing emails in English
All jobs will be performed in the office and around the computer. It will be all related to paperwork and all jobs will be in English. Proficient in using Gmail, online purchases, and Google Search. Looking for someone who is detailed oriented and organized. Everything will be trained on the job, with no prior experience.
Job Location: Near Flushing (1.8 miles away from downtown Flushing) – The intersection of 166th Street and 24th Road, Whitestone. 11357
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (flexible based on your schedule)
Position Type: Part time, 2-3 days a week only
