Overview:
WHTB Glass is seeking a driven and energetic Sales Representative to expand our presence across New York City. This role focuses on increasing market penetration throughout the NYC area while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Penetration & Growth: Identify and pursue new clients within the NYC and Tri-State markets; develop and execute strategies to expand into NYC

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales approach

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Educate clients on company capabilities, products, and solutions

Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline development

Conduct regular customer visits and attend industry trade shows
Qualifications:

Driven and hardworking
-
Understanding of sales processes and operational challenges
-
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a Must
-
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
