Work location: Irvine, CA 92614  
Job type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall daily operation and on-site management of the warehouse, ensuring its efficient and orderly operation.

- Responsible for the work arrangement, training, supervision, and daily management of warehouse staff.

- Integrated management of the entire warehouse process, including receiving, shelving, storage management, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

- Allocate personnel reasonably based on daily order volume and workload to improve overall operational efficiency.

- Monitor order processing progress, accuracy, and employee productivity to ensure orders are completed on time and accurately.

- Responsible for inventory management and regular inventory checks, promptly identifying and addressing inventory discrepancies.

- Follow up on issues such as incorrect shipments, missing shipments, returns, arrivals, and inventory discrepancies.

- Continuously optimize warehouse operation processes, storage location planning, and staffing.

- Responsible for daily communication with the domestic team, coordinating shipments, arrivals, inventory, and related issues.

- Maintain communication with relevant departments in the United States, such as customer service and operations, to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Regularly report on warehouse operations, staff efficiency, inventory, and any unusual situations.

Job requirements:

- 3-5 years of warehouse-related work experience

- Possess experience as a warehouse supervisor, warehouse manager, or team manager.

- Prior experience in managing e-commerce warehouses, apparel warehouses, or high-order-volume warehouses is preferred.

- Familiar with the complete warehouse process, including receiving, warehousing, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

- Familiar with WMS/ERP systems and basic Excel/Google Sheets.

- Possesses strong personnel management, on-site coordination, execution, and problem-solving skills.

- Must possess excellent English communication skills, capable of conducting warehouse site management, employee training, and daily work communication in English.

- Possesses Chinese communication skills and can smoothly coordinate with domestic teams.

- Strong sense of responsibility and execution ability; able to proactively identify problems and drive improvements.
